Shipping
Shipping costs are factored into the price of the product and are usually much lower than standard shipping rates. Shipping for product returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Return
All non-digital products may be returned within 14 days for a 95% refund. 5% of the purchase price is retained by ClassTopic for processing and shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Digital products may not be returned, as they can be easily duplicated.
Cancellation
All order cancellation requests received before the order has been processed will result in an immediate refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and may only be handled as a return or successful order. See Return Policy for more information.
