Most people think of a cult as a group of brainwashed weirdos drinking cyanide fruit punch. But is that an accurate idea? What exactly is a "cult," and how is it different from a "religion"? Are all cults dangerous? Are people who join destructive cults mentally disturbed, or are all of us equally susceptible?

Intelligent Design

Until recently, there were two major competing theories regarding the origins of life: evolution and creationism.  Now we have Intelligent Design, which claims that life as we know it could not have developed through random natural processes.  This scientificly based belief pulls out the facts from evolution and is changing the way many people look at our world.
